GENERAL MANAGER
L&B is an independent restaurant group, well established in Folkestone since having opened our first venue 8 years ago. Our brand is driven by our great food, welcoming staff and relaxed ambiance.
We currently have opportunities for an experienced General Manager to join our team to work both day and evening shifts.
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in hospitality, will need to be organised, driven with the ability to manage a large team whilst being able to control budgets, produce, analyse and forecast sales levels and profitability, prepare reports, including staff/labour control, stock control and sales, recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.

SOUS CHEF
Folkestone, Kent
Serving fresh modern European cuisine concentrating on the Kent cost.
Currently they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and Executive Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. With a passion for seafood and seasonal ingredients, everything is made in house using the finest, local produce from the garden of Kent.
The role will report to the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef and would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef in a similar property looking for their first Sous Chefs position. It is a hands-on role and the candidate will be a strong leader who can creative & motivate the team, and be knowledgeable about food together with safety practices. Competitive wage.

HEAD CHEF/KITCHEN MANAGER

In the role of Head Chef of our site, you will be responsible for the following;
Recruiting, training and developing a strong team
Creating a positive working environment
Ensuring the business is safe and compliant with HSE regulations
Ensuring dishes are served to the highest quality at all times
Suitable candidates should have:
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience.
Basic food hygiene level 2 certificates and knowledge.
